The SAC houses resident artistic partners such as the Arts Ottawa East, Gloucester Pottery School, Mouvement d’implication francophone d’Orléans, Orléans Young Players Theatre School, and the Ottawa School of Art Orléans campus, as well as several galleries and public art installations

In 2007, Forum entered into a private-public partnership with the City of Ottawa to develop the Shenkman Arts Centre and currently asset manages the property on behalf of the City.
