A Forum-led consortium designed, constructed, financed and currently maintains the Enterprise Data Centre (EDC) located at the Canadian Forces Base Borden. The facility obtained the Uptime Institute’s Tier III Certification for Design and Construction and is expected to achieve the LEED® Silver Certification. The operational term of the EDC Borden project is 25 years.

Forum sold the project in 2019 and maintains its role as asset manager on behalf of an institutional owner.
